FITNESS CLASSES

Fitness Classes are included with all memberships and available Monday - Friday. Day Passes and Multi-Day Passes also include access to Fitness Classes onsite. Some special event classes may be available for an additional cost (i.e Puppy Yoga).

H.I.I.P. (High Intensity Interval Play): Combines elements of cardio, mobility, strength, gymnastics, climbing, and obstacle course training for a unique, playful and fun workout! Expect to be get sweaty, but modifications available for all fitness levels. H.I.I.P. is 60 minutes on Monday evenings and 30 minutes (abbreviated) on Wednesdays at lunch time.

 

Recess: Move around and have fun in this 30-minute guided class that will get you loose and limber. Start with foam rolling, finish with stretching, and do 10 minutes of fun movement in between. Recess is a very relaxed and casual class. Take it at your own pace and make some new friends!

 

Yoga: All experience levels welcome for this 30 minute lunch time Hatha yoga class! Combine breathwork and movement and start your week off feeling more relaxed and energized. Yoga takes place in the loungue.

Training

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
(PACKAGE NOT INCLUDED WITH STANDARD MEMBERSHIP)

  • 8 x 30 minute Small Group Private Training Sessions each month ($20 / session)

  • Full standard Gym Membership included with package (gym access, 6AM - 10PM) 
     

SESSIONS:


Each small group session is a mix of strength, cardio, and mobility with personalized goal-setting and individual coaching. Perfect for beginners to advanced participants. Expect to learn and develop skills in kettlebells, traditional strength training, joint health, cardio, and your specific health and fitness goals!
 

YOUR COACH:


Led by Coach Ben, an American Ninja Warrior, coach, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer with over 15 years experience. He's earned certs in Russian Kettlebell Training, National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training, and MovNat- Natural Movement Training.
